The Dremel 3D45 is one of the most reliable and easy-to-use 3D printer for advanced users in higher education and corporations. You can now use expanded filament types like nylon and eco-ABS. To make things easier, the 3D45 has filament detection via RFID that enables the printer to automatically recognize and change settings for optimized printing. With new features like a heated bed and an integrated camera, you can take 3D printing to the next level.

Another new feature is the integrated HD camera within the 3D printer, which allows time-lapse monitoring and remote control of one or more 3D printers simultaneously over WiFi on phone. This can even be done on handheld devices using the Dremel App.

Geared towards the education market, the 3D45 3D printer also has two integrated active carbon filters, to protect users from potentially harmful fumes from the 3D printing process.

RETURN & REFUND

Estimated Delivery Time: 4 - 6 business days after the Shipment.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card/Paypal/any other supported payment system for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on back-order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 3-5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders for Canada and most of US.

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 3-5 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at order@smartlivenow.com

Cancellation:

Orders cannot be cancelled after 48 hours from the order date OR when the “Shipped” status has been updated.
In any circumstances, we reserve the rights to charge You (the buyer) based on the orders which have been shipped.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please contact us within 24 hours and send photos to return@smartlivenow.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Missing or Lost Packages:

In case you receive delivery notification of the shipment(s) via your email without finding or receiving the order(s), please try:

• Looking around the shipping address (if you live at a residence)
• Checking again with the receptionist at the reception area (if you live in an apartment)

Some carrier’s delivery notification can be shot out 24 hours before its actual arrival. If you still can’t find your package(s), please report the case immediately to support@smartlivenow.com. So that we can assist you in filing the claim and sending you a new package(s) replacement.

Return & Refund:

Returns must be initiated within 20 days of delivery of the product, and only items that are unused, unopened, and resalable can be returned for refund.

Package the product in a box using packing material to eliminate extra space, and include a note with your name, phone number, mailing address, email address and the reason for the return.

Using the carrier of your choice, ship the package to the given address. We recommend shipping with tracking and insurance, and retaining the documentation in the event the tool does not arrive.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay return shipping fees for returns that are not covered under warranty repair. Returns that are not covered under warranty incur a restocking fee of 10% of the total purchase price, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
