Autonomous Shipping & Return Policy
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on back-order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 3-5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders for Canada and most of US.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 3-5 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com
Estimated delivery time: 5 - 10 business days after the Shipment (Except Volterman products)
Orders cannot be cancelled after 48 hours from the order date OR when the “Shipped” status has been updated.
In any circumstances, we reserve the rights to charge You (the buyer) based on the orders which have been shipped.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please contact us within 24 hours and send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Missing or lost packages:
In case you receive delivery notification of the shipment(s) via your email without finding or receiving the order(s), please try:
- Looking around the shipping address (if you live at a residence)
- Checking again with the receptionist at the reception area (if you live in an apartment)
Some carrier’s delivery notification can be shot out 24 hours before its actual arrival. If you still can’t find your package(s), please report the case immediately to email@example.com. So that we can assist you in filing the claim and sending you a new package(s) replacement.
Return & Refund (Autonomous Products):
In case, if you would like to return the product which is non-damaged or non-defective or refused order/orders are subject to a Thirty Percent (30%) restocking fee and has to be raised within the 7 days of receiving the package.
In case the product is damaged or defective or broken, we will process your return and give you the full refund. Please keep the original packaging within the trial period.
- Your 15 Days Trial Period begins when your items are delivered. If your order consists of many items, each item has its own trial period depending on their actual delivery dates.
- If you order a product which is shipped in several packages, your trial period starts from the date that your last package is delivered
- Return shipping cost will be covered for only defective / damaged / broken items within the trial period and you will then receive the full amount you paid for your order(s) upon our receipt of the returned package(s).
How to initiate a return:
- Photographic evidence showing products are defective / damaged / broken.
- Original packaging is recommended. In case you no longer keep original packaging, please pack the product with parcel boxes, and cover items with soft materials, like bubble wraps, paddings, soft styrofoam to avoid damages during transit.
- Pickup will be scheduled following your confirmation time frame. An notification of pick up will be sent to you via email.
- Within the 15-day trial, a full refund will be issued after receipt of the returned product.
- The refund will be processed 2 days after we receive the product. And it might take 3 to 5 business days for the refund amount to be posted to your account.
